Put the tallest, widest and heaviest containers from the proposed range into a matrix. Include caps and dispensers so the extremes reflect complete products rather than bare containers.

Step 02

Test insert alternatives

Use the candidate outer with the proposed insert for each SKU or set. Check clearance, support and access in every combination; sharing an outer drawing does not mean the same cavity layout will fit them all.
