Decision 1

Group by shape

List flat palettes, cylindrical tubes and irregular tools separately, with their closed dimensions and weights. Decide which pieces need individual positions and which can share a compartment.

Decision 2

Check access and labelling

Arrange the components so the opening direction, labels and finger access do not compete for the same space. Use a loaded prototype to review movement and removal before selecting the final insert material.
