HC Packaging develops and manufactures custom packaging for brands, importers, distributors and e-commerce businesses. Founded in Shanghai in 2005, the group has two manufacturing operations in China and two in Vietnam, with different roles across the network.
Gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailers, paper tubes, bags and protective inserts are developed around the actual contents, opening experience and delivery requirements.

The business was founded in Shanghai on November 3, 2005.

Structural research & development
Shanghai R&D development added a dedicated role for packaging development.

The manufacturing network added its Vietnam core factory.

Shanghai core · China
Full-service paper packaging and technical development. The manufacturing address is No. 16, Lane 688, Jiaqian Road, Jiading, Shanghai; it is separate from the registered office address.
Huai’an affiliated · China
Paper tubes and cylindrical packaging, with a different manufacturing role from the core sites.
Vietnam core · Bau Bang
Paper and gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging and paper bags, with printing and converting processes.
Vietnam affiliated · Molded fiber
Molded-pulp, bagasse and bamboo-fiber packaging, inserts and trays. Confirm the specific project material and site.
Structural R&D, sampling & production
Develop the structure, then control the details
Product-led development
Share the complete products, dimensions, weights and arrangement. Structural development considers positioning, access, assembly and the role of each packaging layer.
Printing & converting
Network capabilities include printing, die cutting, folding and gluing, lamination, foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and soft-touch treatments. Confirm the proposed combination and site for the selected material.
Sample & specification control
Review a loaded structural sample for fit and handling, then the printed sample for graphics and finish. Keep the approved drawing, artwork and physical reference together before production release.

Agree what the finished packaging must meet
Product-specific testing and acceptance criteria belong in the project specification. Photos and facility documents do not establish an individual pack's performance.

Identify the substrate, insert, coatings and relevant documentation for the actual use.

Check real contents, support, opening, removal and the complete packing sequence.

Print & finish
Approve colour references, panel information, alignment and agreed appearance criteria.

Define handling and transport conditions, the required tests and the acceptance record.

Standard minimums in the current business brief are 3,000 pieces for other packaging and 10,000 pieces for molded pulp / fiber. Confirm the applicable product scope and any exception with the quotation.
