Measure the projecting parts

Record the mug body, handle projection, lid and accessories along with the filled packaging weight. Mark contact restrictions so the handle is not treated as a convenient support point by default.

Step 02

Check the removal path

Position the actual mug in the proposed insert and lift it out as a customer would. Review separation for multi-mug sets and specify the distribution tests needed for the loaded pack.
