Step 01

Number the positions

Create a position map showing every piece or wrapped unit, its orientation and any flavour identification. Match the map to the actual insert so packers can see missing or swapped items.

Step 02

Check the completed fill

Follow the filling order, add the specified labels and close the box. Reopen it to review visibility, interference and removal; retain the loaded sample as the reference for the packing sequence.
