Measure the filled cup

Record the cup base, widest top, total height and any decoration, then list the required number per pack. These inputs define the tray positions and headroom more accurately than a nominal muffin size.

Define the contact arrangement

State whether each muffin is wrapped, in a cup or directly touching the insert. Request a sample tray and the applicable material documentation for that arrangement; the outer carton does not establish food-contact suitability.
