Decision 1

Break the service into deliverables

List structural development, artwork preparation, sampling, printing, converting, assembly and delivery as separate tasks. Identify which work the buyer already supplies and which is part of the requested proposal.

Decision 2

Control the handovers

Assign a drawing, file revision and approval owner to each stage. A complete-service discussion becomes a usable project only when the quoted components, sample criteria and production-release conditions are explicit.
