Decision 1
Name what is already supplied
List bottles, jars, dispensers and labels that the buyer provides. Describe the carton, set box, insert or mailer that the packaging supplier is asked to develop.
Decision 2
Check the interfaces
Provide complete container samples and record which dimensions or components may change. Keep the final scope visible in quotations so an outer-box project is not mistaken for a primary-container or filling service.
Turn the method into a sample brief
Bring the result of “name what is already supplied” and “check the interfaces” to the packaging discussion. Share the real contents, relevant drawings and the decision still to resolve.
