Decision 1

Describe the loaded parcel

Record the complete contents, internal positioning, outer dimensions and loaded weight. Explain whether the parcel travels alone or inside another shipping layer, and identify product surfaces that need clearance.

Decision 2

Agree the review sequence

Ask the supplier to propose a sample and the handling tests relevant to the delivery route. Record the test conditions and acceptance criteria before testing. A corrugated appearance or supplier location cannot substitute for a loaded-pack result.
