Record the conflicting decisions

Give each sample issue a drawing location, photograph and requested outcome. Distinguish a measurable fit or text problem from a preference about appearance. Where reviewers request incompatible changes, record both requests against the same sample revision rather than sending separate instructions to the supplier.

Decision 2

Release one change instruction

Assign an authorised decision owner to resolve each conflict. Issue one consolidated change list identifying what changes, what stays approved and which questions remain on hold. Ask the supplier to acknowledge that list before preparing the next sample, so feedback is resolved rather than accumulated across messages.
