Decision 1

Photograph the layers

Record the assembled outer, insert, product orientation, cards and closure in their actual sequence. Use views that show hidden components as well as the finished outside.

Decision 2

Check repeatability

Ask another packer to follow the instruction with the same contents. Revise unclear steps and component identifiers, then retain the instruction with the approved sample and packaging version.

Turn the method into a sample brief

Bring the result of “photograph the layers” and “check repeatability” to the packaging discussion. Share the real contents, relevant drawings and the decision still to resolve.
