Decision 1

Create a stock reference list

Identify the box, insert and graphic versions currently approved for each order combination. Record which components are common and which are specific to a promotion or SKU.

Review before reordering

Check whether the product mix, drawings or artwork has changed since the last approval. Use the same controlled specification for replenishment, and request a new sample when a changed interface makes the old one insufficient.
