Print the proposed logo, light text and solid areas on the actual substrate sample. Compare the physical result under consistent viewing conditions instead of approving a digital image with a simulated brown background.

Step 02

Record coverage and revisions

Mark which surfaces are printed and keep the colour reference with its artwork version. If the paper or print method changes, repeat the relevant visual check before treating an earlier proof as approval.
