Describe each contact point

Supply the outline, weight and orientation of every component. Mark surfaces that may be supported and those that must stay clear, including buttons, connectors and decorative finishes.

Step 02

Ask for material evidence

Request the foam type, grade and proposed cavity drawing with a sample. Check finger openings and removal force. Any antistatic, medical or transport-performance requirement needs its own specification and evidence.
