Build a loaded sample in a brown packing box

Step 01

Add the components in order

Assemble the box, place the insert if required, position the actual goods, then add filling and cards. Photograph each layer to make the intended arrangement clear to another packer.

Step 02

Reopen and inspect

Check closure, movement and the path used to remove the goods. If the arrangement changes when the parcel is handled, revise the positioning or filling before approving the packing instructions.
